MammothEV provides industry-leading warranty coverage backed by rigorous manufacturing standards, precision engineering, and dedicated global distribution technical support.

Commercial & Enterprise Warranty Assurance

MammothEV warrants to the original retail registered purchaser, acquiring a new vehicle through an authorized dealer or international distributor, that the vehicle shall remain free from defects in material or workmanship under normal operation and service. Our 10-year limited warranty program reflects our complete confidence in component durability, premium 72V lithium battery integration, and high-performance Navitas powertrains.

Every vehicle undergoes multi-point mechanical and electrical quality assurance inspections at our assembly facilities before international shipment. This ensures complete operational integrity for golf courses, resort fleets, commercial properties, and residential communities worldwide.

Compliance & Exclusions

Terms, Exclusions & Limitations

Clear, transparent parameters defining covered repairs, normal maintenance expectations, and operational guidelines.

Standard Exclusions & Wear Items

To maintain high engineering standards and ensure vehicle longevity, specific consumable components and non-manufacturing factors are excluded from standard limited warranty coverage:

  • Consumable wear items including tires, brake pads, wiper blades, light bulbs, windscreen surfaces, and upholstered seat covers subjected to standard operational degradation.
  • Adjustments or minor service items required due to normal operational wear after the initial ninety (90) days of vehicle commissioning.
  • Damage resulting from lack of scheduled maintenance, abusive operation, overloading beyond rated passenger capacities, or environmental contamination.
  • Electrical components affected by external voltage surges, incorrect off-grid charging equipment, or improper storage procedures.
  • Cosmetic deterioration, paint fading, or corrosion caused by environmental exposure, road salt, or chemical cleaners.

Voiding Conditions & Modifications Warning

Maintaining original engineering specifications is essential for vehicle safety, stability, and handling control. The following actions will immediately void vehicle warranty coverage:

  • Unauthorized modifications to the speed controller settings, electronic software limits, or motor speed governance beyond factory-approved limits.
  • Installation of non-OEM battery packs, incompatible charger units, or unapproved electrical accessories that alter vehicle current draw.
  • Mechanical alterations to chassis height, steering assembly, or weight distribution geometry not performed in accordance with factory specifications.
  • Use of the vehicle in competitive racing, extreme off-road driving beyond designated low-speed vehicle parameters, or commercial towing exceeding tow-capacity ratings.

Technical Safety Notice

Any alteration affecting vehicle center-of-gravity, dynamic braking distance, or maximum speed capabilities presents operational risks and automatically voids all manufacturer warranties. Always consult technical service manuals prior to carrying out equipment service.
