All 2026 XR Series models come standard with a sealed, maintenance-free 72V 150Ah Lithium-Ion battery pack. Unlike legacy 48V lead-acid systems, our 72V architecture provides greater thermal efficiency, faster acceleration, higher hill-climbing torque, and zero maintenance (no watering or terminal cleaning required).

We integrate factory-matched Navitas 7.5kW AC performance motors paired with heavy-duty Navitas 600-Amp controllers. This system supports wireless app-based diagnostic tuning, customizable drive/speed modes, and regenerative braking calibration.

MammothEV chassis utilize automotive-grade wheel assemblies:

MammothEV vehicles require minimal maintenance. Recommended routine inspections include:

• Daily: Full battery charge cycle via auto-cutoff smart charger.
• Weekly: Tire pressure check (maintained between 15–20 PSI depending on terrain).
• Monthly: Visual inspection of hydraulic four-wheel disc brake fluid levels, lighting systems, and suspension torque joints.

XR Series vehicles are manufactured with baseline street-legal hardware, including a DOT-certified laminated safety glass windshield, three-point lap and shoulder seat belts, high/low beam LED headlights, turn signals, hazard lights, tail lights, dual side mirrors, and four-wheel hydraulic disc brakes. Local municipality registration rules vary by country and region.

Our proprietary StabiliTrak system features independent front double A-arm suspension with adjustable coil-over shocks. This setup reduces body roll during cornering, absorbs uneven terrain impacts, and maintains maximum tire contact patch on paved and unpaved roads.

Our bumper-to-bumper structural and drivetrain protection includes 10-year coverage on the 72V lithium battery module, motor, controller, and main chassis frame against manufacturing defects. Wear-and-tear items (tires, brake pads, windshield glass impact damage) are subject to standard wearable item terms.
